Winter Wonderland from Northern Kentucky

All you need is the plan, the road map and the courage to press on to your destination.
                                                                                           -Earl Nightingale

 The following photos are were taken from a SHORT trip to Northern Kentucky.  The snow was quite a blessing as it provided the perfect amount of sparkle to create the most beautiful winter scenes.

I love to think of nature as an unlimited broadcasting station, through which God speaks to us every hour, if we will only tune in.  ~George Washington Carver

Earth's crammed with heaven,
And every common bush afire with God;
~Elizabeth Barrett Browning

To find the universal elements enough; to find the air and the water exhilarating; to be refreshed by a morning walk or an evening saunter; to be thrilled by the stars at night; to be elated over a bird's nest or a wildflower in spring - these are some of the rewards of the simple life.  ~John Burroughs

And this, our life, exempt from public haunt, finds tongues in trees, books in the running brooks, sermons in stones, and good in everything.  ~William Shakespeare

Nature is too thin a screen: the glory of the omnipresent God burst through everywhere.
                                              -Ralph Waldo Emerson

I thank you God for this most amazing day, for the leaping greenly spirits of trees, and for the blue dream of sky and for everything which is natural, which is infinite, which is yes.  ~e.e. cummings
